Many interviewers shoot themselves in the foot by inaccurately advertising the position from the start. This can mean either posting an advertisement that is too vague or simply posting a completely different job description than what is truly being hired for. Interviewers should be very careful about making sure that the job description is correct because otherwise they risk wasting their time with candidates that are simply not suited towards the position.
